The Membership Committee plans fun and engaging recruitment events for potential future sisters. Aside from planning recruitment events, the membership committee also plans sisterhood events and activities to continue to strengthen our bond.
Sisterhood
Committee Chair: Jen Tucker
Members: Simon Leonard and Anna Lilly
The sister committee plans events to support the well-being of the sisters. From stress-relieving activities to mental health awareness, this committee ensures that all sisters stay happy and healthy.
Services
Committee Chair: Sara Miller
Members: John Danison, Logan Dudeck, Alexia Gil, and Colin Mast
The Services Committee designs and executes service projects benefiting the Purdue University Bands and Orchestras, the University as a whole, and the community. They also Coordinate ushering for departmental concerts and all receptions designated to the Chapter. Finally, the committee pride themselves on working with their counterparts in the Gamma Pi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi to improve the quality of the Purdue University Bands and Orchestras program through joint service.
Ways and Means

The ways and means committee is in charge of organizing and running a variety of fundraisers that support the Beta Sigma chapter.
History
Committee Chair: David Moore
Members: Kassandra Lopez Carrillo, Eddie Mills, Brian Morgan, and William Serhal
History committee organizes our senior retreats and create senior boards as necessary. They capture and record the continuing activities of the Chapter. They also maintain and develop the Chapter scrapbooks and archives. Educate the Chapter about past events and share historical knowledge. Maintain the Chapter’s family trees. Present the President with a gavel at the conclusion of their full term. Coordinate alumni communication and events with the director of Alumni and Donor Relations for Purdue University Bands and Orchestras.
Music

The Music Committee serves to promote musicianship in our community by organizing performances, rehearsals, and sharing our common ties in music. This is our youngest committee and is continually evolving as our organization grows.
Convention
Committee Chair: Isaak Gutierrez
Members:
The convention committee plans for convention during the spring semester. This committee ensures that everyone who is able to go to convention can do so and not worry about transportation, finance, etc. This committee also plans the merchandise we sell at convention and make sure that we have enough merchandise to sell with a lot of variety in items. The convention committee also educates actives and membership candidates about what convention is, where it is, and what to expect when we are there.
Ritual

The ritual committee plans and executes the three initiation rituals that the ideals for which the Sorority was founded and by which it maintains itself are presented in a dignified and impressive manner. For the candidate, this is a great, inspiring moment in their new journey into the bonds of Tau Beta Sigma.
